Automatic posting made the accounting department's work easier and faster - accountants are relieved not only from manual document retyping, but also from the process associated with their subsequent posting.
ReFIS processes documents and with its help they are automatically assigned to the appropriate accounting pre-postings or cost centers, projects and similar, according to their type and client needs.

Proposed solution:

PIXEL FEDERATION uses the OCR function (automatic invoice text reading) within ReFIS and the accounting department of this successful Slovak company works more efficiently thanks to the automatic posting service. Their combination enables simpler, faster and more transparent document processing. Accountants no longer need to manually retype them. They also don't waste time with repeated identical posting of monthly recurring invoices, for example for rent. They are freed from the task of finding or selecting the appropriate accounting account from the chart for a given expense. ReFIS does this automatically and the accountant's role is to monitor the process and correct if necessary. Within management accounting, PIXEL FEDERATION tracks costs per game, which ReFIS can automatically recognize based on the invoice text.

Implementation:

ReFIS was implemented at PIXEL FEDERATION in January 2022. They have been using automatic posting, OCR and a clear document archive for over a year. At PIXEL FEDERATION, implementing the solution for a selected group of employees who genuinely benefit from ReFIS proved effective.

Results:

Manual invoice retyping is a thing of the past at PIXEL FEDERATION. All documents are digitized and available in a clear form in one place. Accountants' work has been simplified and they can handle it faster and more efficiently than before thanks to automatic document posting. "Automatic posting in ReFIS makes my work easier. Based on selected criteria, ReFIS can assign the appropriate account from the chart of accounts, for example by supplier name. For assets, I personally don't have to track financial limits per item, since the software can identify the correct account based on the amount.
