ISMONT is a developer and construction company, also active in real estate, investments and building operations. It carries out projects mainly in western Slovakia, but also for example in Banská Bystrica.

As a development company, the client needs financial information about individual projects for managerial decision-making, in one place with always up-to-date data.

Project comparison:

ISMONT carries out multiple projects simultaneously. The ability to track and compare projects against each other or compare current costs with the budget is therefore crucial for them.

Cost tracking:

Thanks to ReFIS, ISMONT can track all project costs by individual cost centers (wages, marketing, materials, indirect costs, etc.). The cost overview is available immediately without monthly closing. For specific projects, the share of individual centers in total costs is also displayed graphically in a chart.

Certain types of costs are not attributable to a specific project, so they are distributed proportionally based on the project's area relative to others in a given month.

Link to the approval process:

ReFIS allows each document to be reflected in the report values immediately after its approval. Such a real-time overview helps better track how actual costs for a specific project are developing. Better decisions can be made from quality information. The report also allows tracking of documents not yet approved.

Project profitability:

A very important piece of information for a development company is the profitability of individual projects. Based on data from ReFIS, it is possible to track how much individual projects bring to the company.

Results:

The results came in faster document processing, which is done digitally without manual retyping and clearly sorted within an electronic archive where nothing gets lost. All incoming invoices at HILEK a spol., a.s., come through the ReFIS system, where they go through approval according to defined rules, and after approval are imported into the accounting program along with the account and cost center designation.
