We use ReFIS as a tool for the approval process of incoming invoices. The system uses e-mail notifications sent in regular intervals to notify the responsible person of the obligation to approve the document in question. When configuring the workflow, it is possible to specify in detail the requirements of the system user. Our communication with the system operators is highly professional, and their response time is fast whether we communicate by phone, e-mail or arrange a personal meeting.
The implementation involved standard communication with the supplier. The supplier’s consultants first consulted the details in person. After they understood the logic, the business of our company and the requirements for the system, ReFIS was implemented in accordance with the specifications. As concerns the incorporation of the application into the company, the launch and implementation of the project were completed very quickly, which was our condition when the contract was signed. Further software add-ons were implemented gradually, with a reasonable time allowed to put the system into practice. Overall, we evaluate the cooperation as very good and even helpful to the client, for which the whole team of the supplier deserves praise.
We specialise in cutting red tape associated with mandatory trainings. When we were first presented the ReFIS online system, I was happy to finally find the software that would save me a lot of time. With a child and on a maternity leave, I can handle the workload that was too much for my two colleagues in the past.
